Ash Miller #94 and Brian Ferribee #46 Onboard Action
This is a splice of 3 different camera angles from March 28th’s action at Queensland Raceway’s Top Gear round. Two cameras from onboard Miller, and one from Ferribee, I blended all of Race Two’s action together to show the best of what Mazda MX5 racing has to offer.
QR Top Gear – 28/03/2010 – Onboard with #94 Ash Miller
Ride with Ash Miller and his #94 MX5 as we show the highlight’s of March 28th’s action!
A few new camera angles were used, including ‘driver cam’, and a rearward facing camera just in time to capture the epic battle with Henri Van Roden.
The story of the day reads rather dramatically, as Miller managed to lap 3 seconds a lap quicker than the other cars in his class, despite discovering a cracked header pipe after race two. The car misfired badly but Miller still managed 3rd overall despite the problems.
Driver’s Eyes – Ash Miller #94
Video from inside the helmet of Ash Miller, #94 Mazda MX5 at Queensland Raceway during qualifying for the 2nd round of the 2010 Top Gear series.
See what it’s like to be as close to the driving seat as possible, as we ride with Ash around 2 qualifying laps of the circuit.
NB: The rattling I’m looking for was a spanner that’d been left under the seat of the passenger side…courtesy of Joey ‘Malfunction’ Bayly.
The Clark of Course call-up was for crossing the blend line from the pits coming into turn one…oops.
